After installing Field Service 365, while we are creating or updating the account we got following error.
The version of the Trial For Field service is 6.0.1.20
We also download the log file and content of the log file are given as below.

CRM-Exchange Serverside sync doen't sync bounce mails to CRM
For a customer of mine using Dynamics365 online (CRM 2016 online) and Exchange Online with serverside email-sync, a problem has been identified: Bounce mails of mails sent from CRM are not synced to CRM but stays in the exchange mailbox.
The mails are sent from a queue and ordinary replies from the recipients are synced to CRM with no problems. Only the bounce mails of non-existing emailaddresses etc are stuck in the mailbox.
Has anyone else noticed this behavior?
Is there any explanaition of this?
Can it be changed so that the bounce emails are also syned to CRM?

Hi,
I would like to create knowledgebase articles for specific accounts/customers.
If a Account/customers' employee wants to view the knowledge base, they must first log in with their Azure Active Directory credentials login to give them access.
A customers' employee can access all articles related to that account. But accounts have independant AD integration.
Is it possible please tu use multiple AD integration in Dynamics 365 ?

Accessing Dynamics CRM 2016 users in Chrome vs firefox
I'm working with the latest Google Chrome version, because for some reason it can handle custom solutions better than other browsers
However when I try to access a user I get an error . Either it the record can't be found or I don't have permissions. Both statements are of course not true.
I also have the same issue with some entities I made. The problem seems not to occur with Firefox. ( I would like a better solution that use a different browser) . What causes this? Some browsers have issues with custom solutions, some with accessing specific entities . How do I solve this?

Distribute SiteMap customizations
I am developing a solution that will be distributed on the AppSource. I would like to add a new group under the Settings area. I have added the site map to my solution.
When I try to import the result of my export in another Dynamics organization, I am overriding every sitemap customizations that had been done in that organization.
To fix this, I removed the useless sections from my customizations.xml file. When I import that resulting solution, I am still overriding the entire sitemap and am left with only the Settings area and my custom group underneath.
Is there a way to simply add a group without overriding everything?
While looking for a way to do this, I saw that some people were doing this with a "solutionaction" and "ordinalvalue" parameter in their xml. When I try this solution I get some "ordinalvalue is not defined" errors. Furthermore, there is no mentions of these parameters in the Microsoft documentation.
Any pointers?

I've inherited the support of an onsite CRM 2013 system, and the previous dev person had implemented an Email to Case system, which works fine. However, now the department wants me to change the Responsible Contact field entry as it's defaulting to ex staff member at the moment, and I can't find out where I need to go to change this.

Fill in Url Field on entity form using odata filtering
Hi all,
I am currently experiencing a problem with Odata query.
I have two custom entities:
1. Custom Configuration entity where are stored Names and Values which another entities can use. Currently in Name I store the name of URL link and in the Value URL itself.
2. A Custom entity with custom string filed of type URL.
What I am trying to is to write a function on a custom entity which will via Odata get a configuration entity, filters the name I need and insert's it's Value into this URL field.
But I am getting an error invalid formatType:

Iframe URL
Hi,
I have an iframe with http url in our CRM implementation. It is causing inconvenient to some users as their browser would not let them access the iframe contents because it is a http url(insecure content). They do not like to tweak their browser settings. Now, I am thinking of having a https url which will show the iframe contents without any browser setting changes. Is this a good idea or is there a better way to handle this?

Loading dependent jscript libraries in ribbon custom button intermittently not working.
Hi Guys,
I am facing issue to add dependent JavaScript web resource file to use my custom action function which is written in another JavaScript file.
To add dependent JS file web resource, used isNaN function, however it is not working on a specific entity's ribbon(able to add dependent JS file on other entity's ribbon same way).
Have any one idea to resolve this issue? Please suggest.

I used to submit feedback and bug reports to Connect for CRM but it looks like they are no longer accepting submissions for CRM? Only for AX, GP, etc.

Funnel chart not ordering correctly
Dear community,
I have a funnel chart running of a view which I have added a numerical sorting field - this view sorts by this field by default.
The funnel chart however isn't sorting as I would expect. It doesn't appear to be taking into account the sorting of the view. I exported the chart and there is no apparent ordering logic in the XML script.

Set outputparamter of custom action but not returned the correct value

I have a Custom Action and a plugin to support it. The action has a output parameter of Boolean type with "false" as its default value. In plugin code, based on a condition I change its value as below:
context.OutputParameters["HasError"] = true;
But whenever I call the action, it always return "false".
