I am going to integrate a CTI call center into Dynamic CRM webpage.
I looked at some posts that ask to integrate this but I got almost information about 3rd party applications or integrating with the desktop application.
Could you please help to give me a path that I can investigate to integrate my own CTI call center into Dynamic CRM as a iframe? What should I learn? What tool I need to use? Do we have a CallCenter setting up like Salesforce do?
