Mail merge template

I have just migrated to 2016 from 2011  and cant access Word Templates through the ellipsis. There is only one option available to "Create Word Template" but no available templates to select from even though they are in the system.

The Mail Merge option is available through the Advanced find but would want to access them through ellipsis instead.
