Hi guys
we continue our journey setting up PSA and are trying to use fees to bill for monthly support, viewing the screen shot below, we have setup chargeable line items using fees as the transaction type and have entered the category onto the price list. The problem, as you can hopefully see, is that the billing is showing as 'not available' and we cannot see any obvious issues with the entries as to why it is not working.
Can anyone shed any light onto the issue and see if it works for you?
