Ribbon workbench rules

Hello All,

I have created a ribbon button and using a workflow to be triggered on click of this button.

I am using Ribbon workbench 2011/2015/2016

and i am following the steps mentioned in https://ribbonworkbench.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/132235-create-a-workflow-short-cut-ribbon-button-no-code

I am unable to find the rules

-Mscrm.SelectionCountAtLeastOne
-Mscrm.RunWorkflowSelected
-Mscrm.FormStateNotNew
-Mscrm.RunWorkflowPrimary

do i need to install any packages to find these?
