Hello,
I have a entity called conference suite booking which holds all the details of a particular booking of a room and all the various other tea/coffee, microphones etc. I then have another entity called conference suite booking details. One booking can have many details. Each details should essentially be saying the quantity of a particular product bought for that booking.
The problem I have is that in the booking level I should have the details of the organisation making the booking and the lead person. However, they are all being stored on each detail record.
I have the fields in the booking level but are currently blank. I need a process to select the organisation name in one of the details records below it and move up to the booking record. I think this would be a workflow that I can run on demand. But with each booking having many detail records below it, how can I just get it to select one and take the details from that?
