Want to sync Contacts to Outlook from CRM whose owner is another user

Hi,

I wanted to sync my Contacts to Outlook from CRM. I use the CRM For Outlook sync method. I do get my own Contacts but also, I want to retrieve more Contact from another user too.

I tried modifying the User Filters from the Personalization settings but couldn't get the desired result. I'm not sure if what I'm doing is right. When I say the User Filters, I meant the following:
