Errors When Sending Email

Hello,

Since upgrading from CRM 2013 to 2016, my organization has been experiencing issues with sending emails. This isn't a showstopping-P1 issue as we can send e-mails, it's just an extra step because the error just appears every time an email is sent. Here is the error when sending an email in CRM:

"Your changes have not been saved. To Stay on the page so that you can save your changes, click Cancel. 

Access Is Denied

You do not have enough privileges to access the Microsoft Dynamics CRM object or perform the requested operation. For more information, contact your Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator."

The error log indicates we are trying to edit the subject and description of the e-mail after the e-mail has been sent.

 

Another issue is that if you save an email before sending, the “Send” button does not work and the email ribbon does not update. To send the e-mail you would need to close and re-open. In testing this we removed the scripts from our email form but that did not fix the issue.
