I want to know which is better ?Is it two CRMs connected to 2 NAV companies or One CRM connected to 2 NAV systems.
I have a client that has one company that sells and other that do maintenance .He has two NAV organizations and wants to implement Dynamics CRM 2016. Once the sales process is done on the CRM then the maintenance team should start the follow up process. What do you recommend? Is it too hectic to configure one CRM and Dynamics connector to work with 2 NAV companies?
