Set fixed length for the crm Field

I have one section in form with two column Format type. And I added two fields Date Field and Option set field

in a single column. 

But If I try to insert the value in Date field its automatically expand,

If I try to insert the value in Optionset its automatically expand,

How can I set the fixed length for the CRM form Field ?
