Server Side Sync Have to Constantly Test and Enable Mailboxes

Hi, 

The appointment sync or server side Exchange sync will work for a few days then stop working and the only way to push the messages is to run a test and enable on all the mailboxes again its super annoying.  I have looked at the event logs and I couldn't see anything on both the Exchange and CRM side.
