View quick campaign related phone calls in sub-grid

Hi,

I'm using Quick Campaigns to track phone calls made by our telemarketer. I added an option set to record the 'outcome of the call' in the phone call form. I want to add 'outcome of call' as a column in the sub-grid. This way the telemarketer can quickly refer to the calls made, and call back leads if they were unavailable or wanted to be reached another day.

Right now I'm only able to view all activities. I wasn't able to select phone calls in the drop down.

It shows activities in the sub-grid but without details like contact name etc, when I click on the icon on the top right it shows me a similar view of what I'd like to see in the first sub-grid.

more detailed view of phone calls to contacts. This view has the 'call outcome' and contact info I want, but it doesn't show additional calls if I've made multiple calls to the same contact which appears in the first grid. eg. Test 1 didn't appear.

How I can make a sub-grid showing all the related phone records of the quick campaign? including calls made to the same person as a separate row. It only shows the first initial phone call created when the quick campaign was created, not additional activities added afterwards.
