When i create a quick campaign (phone call or appointment ...) from marketing list ; the quick Campaign gets created at the back end but pop up error appears "An error has occurred. Please go back to home page and try again ".
The onpremise plateform is CRM 2016 December Update
Please help me to resolve this issue.

I have created some new status reasons for a phone call activity. I would like this status reason to remain in place once the phone call has been marked as complete but it automatically updates the field to "made" - is there any way I can prevent this logic applying and instead, keep the status reason that has been populated by the user?

I have a Transfer entity which has a field Type , between Transfer and Maintenance.
I want to count only those records that are of type Maintenance and store it to a field such as Times of Maintenance.
I tried with Rollup but it doesn't work since it only counts records of that entity. I thought about workflow but i need to initiate the field to have value of 0 the first time and then to increment it . How do i put value 0 for the first time?
Any ideas?
Hi, i tried to open a pop-up(html page) by using "window.open" but it didnt work in my tablet so i use "Xrm.internal.opendialog" insted,this last method show a pop-up but wih error message.Can anyone please help me with this problem.

I have a big problem when adding product to quote. I narrowed this bug(?) to this situation and I can repeat it every time:

I created a new Dashboard and used a HTML Web resource in Dashboard. HTML Web Resource contains No. of Grid of Account entity. My Grid is look like this:

I put a link on Account Name (i.e. account1) which opens the record of crm. But when I click on Account Name, it causes error. But when I test that link in browser, it is working fine. the error which i am facing, given below:

I have a plugin which updates all its child records when that is updated.
[This plugin is registered to execute in offline mode as well.]
I have done this using ExecuteMultipleRequest. This is working fine when I am updating the parent record from CRM instance.
When I go offline and try to update the parent records its throwing business process error "executemultiplemaxbatchsize".
I checked the exception with Debugging it is as below.
System.NotImplementedException: Microsoft Dynamics CRM has experienced an error. Reference number for administrators or support: #ABA895C7

This message works regardless whether the caller is connected to the server or offline.

CRM Portals is publically available all the time. There are times when you might not want the public to have access to a portal e.g. A test system, during development or when deploying updates. Following a deployment, you might want to test the updates but still not allow public access. What are the options for restricting access? Dynamics CRM now allows you to restrict access to Dynamics 365 (online) with trusted IP rules. Is there anything like this available for CRM Portals?

In the entity form i removed a sub-grid .but now i am trying to implement it back ,i cant find it. Even if i try to create a sub-grid of same name it show me its existing.
How can i view and select unused sub-grid in the entity form?.
