For a client we are working on a solution to create posts on the What's New pane. The requirements are quite simple but the solution is not :(
We are working with Team Owned entities (long story short, most of the entities within the system can't be owned by a user, only by a Team :)). So if a custom entity with name X is created the owner of X will be Team A. All the users within Team A wants to have a post on their What's New with the message that Record X was created.
What's New only shows records with the @me in the post or if you as a user is in the regarding of the record. So out of the box there are no possibilities to meet the requirements of the business?
If this is not possible out of the box, is there any other way to do this? Maybe via a Plug-In or through the SDK?
Hope someone will know a solution for this :) prefer out of the box :)
