The user is in Windows 8.1, using IE 11. This is effecting her ability to work. The scroll as shown in the video gets stuck and the user is unable to navigate in the case. She has deleted her cache and this works only very briefly in fixing the issue. She can open tabs, but stuck in with the inability to move down.
I am unable to duplicate the issue ( I am on Windows 7).
In other posted it is suggested this might be a auto-save issue. My client wants to keep the auto-save feature, but unsure why this would cause issues only in Windows 8.1, since we both are using IE 11.
This is a major issue as it hurts the clients ability to complete tasks in time, but I am only aware of it effecting one of ten users. Any suggestions?
