Export to Excel not working properly on custom entities

Hello,

We are experiencing problems with exporting activities from Custom entities.  

Repro steps

- Open a custom entity

- go to related activities

- select a view "open activities" for example

- "Export to Excel"

Only activities from that view should be exported but all activity records are exported including the closed ones. This issue is only experienced on custom entities, system entities export activities from the view displayed on screen.
