We are trying to track if a user is still being used, via web services, login, or anywhere else.
On [MSCRM_CONFIG].[dbo].[SystemUserOrganizations] we are checking this column - LastAccessTime. It says last login was very recent, but the Audit login history on CRM 2013 is completely empty. For every other user, the audit login history is being tracked. The audit history on CRM Dynamics shows whether the user is being logged in on the web app, or in a web service.
Does anyone know in what scenario this could be happening where the LastAccessTime is recent, but the audit login history is clear?
