Hi,
Recently we have a client just upgraded their CRM from CRM2015 Online to CRM2016 Online.
And one of the previous workflow now stops working:
The workflow triggers when CRM receiving certain types of emails, and then creating opportunity based on the email information.
However, now the creating opportunity step always(a standard service.create(entity) function)
throwing "This object type cannot be added to a queue." error message.
Although the option of "Queues" has not been enabled on the opportunity entity, I don't think it will be related to the issue.
If any one have any idea about it or got the same issue, please reply.
