I use CRM to manage queries and projects regarding the use and development of said CRM system.
I therefore would like to be able to log cases or projects as regarding a specific entity. I can therefore group all required changes to the "contact" entity or find any projects that will affect our "membership"entity.
Is there any way that I can add a field to these forms to set regarding an entity and not a specific entity record?
If not then I will just create a global option set.
