Write data from lead to user using workflow?

Hi,

I'm using a Clickdimensions form to get information from my users. I want to add this data on the user form, but since Clickdimensions can't do that I'm having the data come in via leads. Is there any way that I can get this data from the leads form to the corresponding user form?

(I'm on 2011 right now, but will be migrating to 2016 in September)
