Change status when close date = today()

Hi

On the campaign entity in CRM Online, I have a field called "Closed Date".  When "Closed Date" = today, I want to change the status of the campaign to "Launched".

How can I achieve using standard features such as workflow, business rules, calculated fields etc.?
