Changing Date Last Modified field

Hello everyone!

This morning, I reassigned a few accounts from one owner to another.  When I did this, I noticed all closed all closed Phone Call activities were reassigned to the new owner of the account, and not whomever created the Phone Call activity.  

I know why this happened; I forgot to change the relationship between the Account and Phone Call activity to Cascade: None.

My question: How can I change the system-generated "Date Last Modified"?  I would like to change this date to reflect the "Date Created".  The reason for this being, every closed Phone Call activity is now at the top of the Social Pane, even though these activities were closed months ago.  

Would an on-demand workflow accomplish this?
