I am the using the global administrator ID for my O365 tenant and when I assign the license in O365 the user is not showing up in my Dynamics 365 portal. I am expecting to see the user name in the Enabled Users with no security roles filter but it id not appearing.
I have tried logging everything off and closing the browsers to force a sync.
Interestingly I can remove existing users via the O365 global admin console..so if I remove a license from a user then the ID in Dynamics is also removed.
