We are deploying the CRM App for Outlook at a customer site. Current configuration at customer = CRM OnPrem 2016 Update 1 / Service Pack 1 & Exchange OnPrem. We have managed to add / deploy the App to all the mailboxes (we have green check-boxes for everyone). It goes wrong when trying to start-up the App and connect to CRM (both from Outlook and OWA). You basically see an empty window appear after some time with a red cross.
We are looking for troubleshooting tips and/or tools to help investigate the problem. Any help / tips are appreciated.
