Hello, I am just wondering what other CRM users have used to output the information in CRM to Word and/or Excel.
Has anyone used Qorus DocGen? If so, what are the pros and cons? What other tools have people used?
Is there any tool out there than can show you what fields have changed and then let the user run the On Demand report for a date range and then show the changed fields/answers in a highlighted color?
