Adding attachment to KB-article

Hello everybody,

A customer asked me if he can add an attachment to a KB-article created in the Interactive Service Hub. I know from the 'normal' KB-records (entity Article) in the old environment that files can be attached to a record . In the Interactive Service Hub however there is no way to attach a file. Has anybody got a suggestion
