Alternate way to create mails with unsubscribe-link in email

What is the easiest way to send out an email with an unsubscribe link in your emails, from outlook.

I have tried the Word-mail merge, which, except for not working, is very cumbersome.

Ideally I would like to do it directly in Outlook
