Hi,
I have some customers complaining that they're not receiving emails. I have checked their Communication Audits and I see their emails bounced one time, then since, they have been suppressed. They all inform me that they haven't blocked/unsubscribed to our mailing list and email address.
How do I "unsuppress" their email addresses, to ensure they start receiving emails again?
I work in Dynamics 2011.
