Security privileges required to include profile image for users

I have a online CRM instance where the users are managed with the active directory in office 365. We need users to have the privilege to upload a profile picture against their login in CRM.

However, the current privileges is not allowing the user to add. There is no error pop up nor any response when we click on the image on the right hand side of the CRM.

Can anyone help on how to set this privilege for the users.
