D365 App for Outlook Missing Search under Dynamics 365 Contacts

Hello,

I am running Version 9.0.22.8 on premise and I am setting up Dyanmics App for outlook from my dev environment. I have everything working except when I go to the addon under the Dynamics 365 Contacts Tab, I am missing the Search box, filter, and field selection options.  It appears under the Outlook Contacts. Is there anything I am missing that could be causing this issue?
