Hi,
Just want to verify if K1 licensed users do not have access to CRM Customer Self-Service Portal. Right now the user can login to the portal successfully (user is redirected to login.microsoftonline.com and login successfully) but after authentication, it will go back to the login page of the portal that is not signed in.
If K1 really do not have an access, can you provide me an alternative user license/type to access the portal? And why do K1 users do not have access to the CRM portal.
