Hi everybody,
I have a big CRM messaging Issue , duplicated emails are flooding users email boxes, CRM is not aware that emails are sent and doesnt change their status from " sending in progress" to " sent " .
Here are the error messages found in the CRM EMail router machine.
source : MSCRMEMAIL , Error ID 37083
The set stat action has failed for the e-mail message ....
source : MSCRMEMAIL , Error ID 23521
Can not confirm the email message mentioning the object "test email" in the mailbox SMTP "https://crm.entreprise.com" to be delivered to "exchnage.server.com"
