Hello dear community,
when my sales force is genearating quotes, the addition of products is labourious as our products are usually named "Company Name TM Apple" "Company Name TM Pear" and so on....
The search option of CRM demands typing of all praefixes, until one can finally enter the crucial letters to find the product (searching of "apple" only, leads to 0 results).
Can I alter the search options somewhere?
Or is it wiser to rename the product ID ?
I guess it is feasible as long as one knows how.
