Hi all,
I am attempting to make a report to see the Last Activities on our Accounts, however when I used the OOB "Neglected Account" reports, the column "Last Activity" shows the date of the last activity (exactly what I want) but it does not include emails which are activities. Then when I make my own custom report, under the column "Last Updated" once again, it shows all the activities with the Account, but not including emails. Please help!!!
My purpose is to see which accounts we have not interact or had any recent activities with, by viewing ONE last activity encountered with them.
