Query regarding GUID

Hi All,

I had a question regarding GUIDs. For config data usually we use the Config Migration Tool to maintain the GUIDs same across environments.

1) Would the GUIDs of the entities, forms, attributes etc, which are deployed via solution remain same across Dev and Test orgs?

2) Apart from config Data, is it necessary to keep GUIDs same during deployment for any other components in CRM ? If yes, why?
