We use Dynamics CRM integration to allow Microsoft Project Plans to update Dynamics CRM Service Calendar. This in turns automatically updates individuals Outlook calendars. These appointments do not get accepted/rejected. They automatically appear in individuals calendars with no alert/notification etc. I'd like to know if there is a way to create an alert or notification for these kind of appointments in Outlook?
