We've recently started getting an error when configuring Dynamics CRM online 2016 update 1 in the mobile app. The error says "This view is unavailable". The sales dashboard is set as default and enabled for mobile, the security roles have been configured with User Application Metadata read permissions etc. but we still have the error. I read the blog post: http://blog.sonomapartners.com/microsoft-dynamics-crm-2016/ which pointed at certain system views needing to be activated but we don't have any Activity view that are inactive. Any other thoughts or advise to get this critical issue resolved?
