We upgraded to MS Dynamics CRM 16 a couple weeks ago. Ever since then, our Outlook to Dynamics synchronization is not working correctly and we get the error message "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16\O has stopped working". Outlook freezes and then restarts. I have searched the forum and tried solutions. Can anyone help?
