Hello Community Members,
We are using CRM 2015 on-premise version. Recently due to issue with MS SQL server, CRM database was corrupted. so we restore it from backup. After restoration, we are unable to use Email integration with CRM and Outlook integration services. we tried to configure Email server profile but failed with error which screenshot is as below.
to resolve this issue, we configure SSL certificate to CRM website. still unable to resolve this issue.
As per the resolution provided on various articles, it requires encryption key which is configured while installing CRM 2015. we have not configure any encryption key during installation.
kindly help us to resolve this issue as early as possible.
