Divide modules for Customization

Hi Experts,

I have one requirement that, I want to divide work like modules. So that one module can customize one Team and second module can Customize another Team

Lets say I have 10 Entities. So I divided in to 2 modules. Team A can access first 5 Entities and they can customize only this 5 Entities. But they shouldn't access other 5 Entities.

Is there any possibility to achieve this?

Please suggest me.
