Dear fellow CRM Users.
I have a few question regarding marketing lists and campaigns. First of we are using CRM 2015 (7.0.1.129).
Before we roll out the marketing part i've watched some youtubes the get to know the marketing part of CRM. I'm basically down on how everything works but still have some questions (weird stuff). In most tutorials i find on youtube regarding marketing lists they show a field members. Now in my entity i do not see a members field and i know for a fact there are members. I've tried to edit the form but can't find a field called members. Shown on this picture:
As you can see no members field. The picture below also states there are 3 members in the list but it's also the picture for my second question.
When i make a campain of that list and add an activity (for example an phone call) and stat the call with i get all my accounts? Whats up with this? shouldent it just be the members of the list(s) i selected or am i wrong?
(Sorry small picture but there are 3 members in the list and still i see all my accounts on the activity).
If someone could clarify this that would help alot thanks.
