Error occurred while Creating the incoming email "ABC" in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the mailbox XYZ

Hi,

First thing: I noticed many issues regarding not transferring emails to CRM, but none of them do not resolve our problems. 

Known facts:

  • CRM 2013
  • E-mails are sent to XYZ mailbox and they finished in one of the queue.
  • 95 % of all emails happily finished in the queues.
  • Issues are present only with some of the emails. Some of them are forwarded (from XYZ to XYZ) and it's OK, but for some of them forwarding did not resolve the issue.
  • I did not detect any "suspicious" worfklow/process to confusing forwarding e-mails.

Do someone have a clue?
