I am a n00b and have been tasked with rolling out and configuring Dynamics 2016 (cloud) in a production environment. I have started with the service side (contrary to typical rollout).
We are in limited production deployment right now and I have been soliciting feedback from the support team.
The most popular request I have been getting is to find an easy way for support Engineers to quickly expand the 'Activities' of a case to full screen and to have each 'Activity' (Note, e-mail, phone call, etc) expand.
Any ideas on how to make this happen?
