Some weeks ago, we have problems with our Dynamics 365 instance, so we restore it to an automatic backup.
After that, we have problems to get access to the environment. That problem is already fixed, but now we get an encryption error when we try to see some records.
We saw that is a common error when you restore the system, but we don't find the way to resolve it. We saw that the problem is maybe related with the fact that our data encryption has been deactivated when we restored the instance, but we don't know how to reactivate it.
Do you know anything about what can be happening in the environment or how to resolve it?
