Hi, when I am trying to add "users" to online 2016 CRM instance, i am getting the below message to add the users.
To add new users or assign licenses to users for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, go to the Microsoft Office 365 Admin Portal. To do this, click Add and License Users. You must be a member of the "User management administrator" or "Global administrator" role.
So, can't we add the new users directly to our CRM instance? If, so please help me on how to proceed on the same.
