I have users who are using the set regarding feature in the CRM plugin for Outlook 2016. When they click the "Set Regarding" button, select an account/contact etc it will show up as "being tracked in CRM" in the small window at the bottom of the email. However when they go to the contact/account page there will be no evidence in the activity list that the email was ever tracked.
Should note that I was able to set regarding to the same contact/account and it worked. Is this a permissions issue? If so, what level permissions are required for the tracked email?
