knowledge base articles view

Hello Team,

While creating the Knowledge base articles we need to select either the parent subject or child child subject from the subject field.

For ex if I select the child subject and publish the KB article, Is there any way that I can see both parent subject and child subject which it belongs to in the Published articles view. Now I am able to see only the child subject in the Published articles view.

Any help or guidance is highhly appreciated.
