SQL Server Timeout When Importing records

Hi All,

I can't import lead having 30 rows, it gives me sql timeout error i dont know why

but at the same time when i logged in with administrator account it uploads within a seconds

I am screwed what happening,

I gave rights for importing but still error.

Please guide me
