How to modify Created By of a Note

Hi,

I am importing contacts into CRM and some of them have notes attached. Everything seems to be importing properly except that the notes have my name under it. Even though I am selecting 'Select owner for imported records' as a service account, only the 'note' shows my name under it as if I entered that note.

How do I change the created by of the note during import? Any suggestion would be great.
