Problem to go Offline mode in Outlook

Hello,

I have a problem with the CRM Outlook plugin. When I tried to go in Offline mode, I get an message error at the last task "Propagating Customisation"...The details said "Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'cdnx_PrimaryKey_SystemForm'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.SystemForm...'..."

I don't understand why this is happening...Also, I have uninstalled the CRM Outlook Plugin and the SQL Server 2012 (with the CRM Database) and reinstalled it but I got the same message error.

The CRM plugin is the 2016 version.
